Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return eligible rack(s) within 60 days of shipment.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds apply to rack pricing only and do not include shipping or delivery fees.
• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Custom-color racks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
