Payment

Payment is required for orders to ship. Rudy Rack accepts ACH Payment, Wire Transfer, and Credit Card Payment.

Credit Card number is required at time of online order placement. Credit Cards are processed 24-48 business hours after an order is issued. Rudy Rack will send out a separate email verifying that your order has been issued.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Do your prices include tax and shipping?
No, pricing does not include shipping or applicable taxes. Shipping costs vary and can be quoted upon request. Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping within the state of Wisconsin.

 

Shipping

All racking is made to order; lead time may vary based on sales volume

  • Rudy Rack uses UPS, SpeeDee Delivery, and many different trucking companies through our preferred freight forwarder. Our Shipping Team will determine the most cost effective option for your size of order. Ship Quotes are available on request.
  • Freight costs only include the price of a lift gate, if requested when the order is placed. You will be required to remove the boxes from the truck yourself unless a lift gate is requested.

 

  • Can I schedule a delivery appointment?
    Delivery appointments are available for larger palletized (LTL) shipments and can be added for an additional fee, which varies depending on the freight carrier. If you require a delivery appointment, please leave a note in the Order Notes section when placing your order. Please note that delivery appointments are not available for smaller parcel orders shipped via UPS or SpeeDee Delivery.

  • Do you provide shipping quotes?
    Yes, customers in the U.S. and outside the U.S. are welcome to request a shipping quotation before placing an order. Please note: for international shipments—especially larger palletized (LTL) freight orders—a customs broker is required to manage import clearance.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we can ship internationally; however, you will need to work with your own customs broker to manage the import process. Please note that duties, taxes, and additional fees will be billed separately by your broker. Rudy Rack does not provide customs brokerage services.

 

Returns

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your racking within 60 days of when the order was shipped. Customer pays return shipping and the full cost of the racking will be refunded.
  • Custom color racks are not returnable.
