Payment, Shipping, and Returns

Payment

Payment is required for orders to ship. Rudy Rack accepts ACH Payment, Wire Transfer, and Credit Card Payment.

Credit Card number is required at time of online order placement. Credit Cards are processed 24-48 business hours after an order is issued. Rudy Rack will send out a separate email verifying that your order has been issued.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

Shipping

All racking is made to order; lead time may vary based on sales volume

  • Rudy Rack uses UPS, SpeeDee Delivery, and many different trucking companies through our preferred freight forwarder. Our Shipping Team will determine the most cost effective option for your size of order. Ship Quotes are available on request.
  • Freight costs only include the price of a lift gate, if requested when the order is placed. You will be required to remove the boxes from the truck yourself unless a lift gate is requested.
  • Shipping and applicable taxes are not included in the listed price of the displays.
  • US and Canadian customers can inquire about a Shipping Quotation prior to placing an order.
  • Rudy Rack does not retain an International Customs Broker. We can ship internationally with your Customs Broker. Additional duties, taxes, and fees apply.

 

Returns

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your racking within 60 days of when the order was shipped. Customer pays return shipping and the full cost of the racking will be refunded.
  • Custom color racks are not returnable.
